Nowadays, the process of integrating autonomous robotic systems (ARS) and military personnel formation is actively underway. Such a new object in armed forces (AF) should have property self-sufficient behavior that guarantees mission fulfillment. The problem construction information processes control ensure predictable an artificial system within Armed Force subdivisions similar to human one. Currently, solution for this development entities use symbolic or neural network methods models acquiring formalizing “knowledge”. Ontologies made it possible make these knowledge interpretable natural language semantics bring human-machine interaction level, which was noted by number researchers. Nevertheless, be as long there no cognition model, theoretical results obtained are not demand practice only interest.
